Day 0- A 55 days old male pup was presented at clinic for treatment with history of Lameness, Abnormal gait, pain in Joints after complete examination he was diagnosed with Rickets. After two weeks of treatment their is significant improvement in clinical signs. Day 10 - Treatment done with combined therapy of Vitamin D , Calcium and Phosphorus proved to improve underlying cause of Rickets.

While taking history , relatives showed his abnormal movements of mouth and told he is unable to swallow food or even water. Though local throat examination looked normal to me , I thought its something else as patient is not doing such mouth movements intentionally (like behavioural movements ).
